The Speedlock level 2 retention hood is an upgrade from the typical level 2 retention hoods found on most competition and tactical holsters. This is a stand-alone upgrade for holsters already equipped with a bladetech level 2 retention hood, such as our previous Thunder 3 gun and Lightning holsters among others.
Mounting with the same hole pattern, this is an easy upgrade to your current holster. This design is favorable as it better positions the hand for a firing grip, is easier to activate, and reduces any flex in the holster to almost zero.
Right hand version only for now.
This is product is now standard on our Thunder 3 gun and Lightning level 2 holsters.
