Why would you choose the Loki IWB Holster package over a “sidecar” style holster? It’s simple: Versatility.
Sometimes you want a spare mag, Sometimes you don’t. Sometimes a mag next to the gun is best, sometimes its better further back on your belt line.
problem with side car style holsters is that you have to commit to a specific and bulky setup all day or decide to forego the whole rig and go unarmed. By having your holster and mag pouches independent of each other, you gain a lot of options in how and when you carry a spare mag. Gone is the “all or nothing” approach to concealed carry. If you find that a spare mag makes your setup a bit too bulky or uncomfortable for a particular task, move it or remove it without having to ditch the gun too. Need a different angle or ride height on your mag? Loosen a couple screws, adjust it, and tighten it back down. It’s that simple.

Separate mag pouches offer more options for carry position from appendix to behind the hip, while still allowing for the fastest reloads.
